Organizations
An organization is the top-level workspace in Community Swarm. Everything you configure β profiles, servers, topics, schedules, proxies, billing β belongs to an organization. If you manage multiple projects or communities, you can create separate organizations for each one.
What Organizations Are For
Organizations provide multi-tenant isolation. Each organization has its own:
- Profiles β Discord and Telegram userbot accounts
- Servers β Monitored Discord servers and Telegram groups
- Topics and Schedules β Conversation configuration and automation
- Proxies β IP rotation and traffic distribution
- Billing β Independent subscription and payment history
- Members β Separate access control with role-based permissions
Nothing is shared between organizations. A profile in one organization cannot be used in another.
Creating Your First Organization
When you sign in for the first time, you are prompted to create an organization before accessing the dashboard. This is a required step β you cannot skip it.
The creation form has two fields:
- Organization name β A display name for your workspace (up to 50 characters). This can be your project name, community name, or any label that helps you identify it. You can change this later.
- URL slug β A short identifier used in URLs (up to 30 characters). This is auto-generated from your name but can be customized. Choose carefully β this is harder to change later.
Click Create and you are taken directly to the dashboard.
You cannot dismiss or skip the organization creation step. The dialog cannot be closed until you create an organization.
Creating Additional Organizations
If you manage multiple projects, you can create additional organizations at any time:
- Open the organization selector in the dashboard sidebar.
- Click Create Organization.
- Enter a name and slug, then click Create.
Each organization operates independently with its own subscription, profiles, and configuration.
Switching Between Organizations
Use the organization selector dropdown at the top of the dashboard sidebar to switch between your organizations. The selector displays the name of the currently active organization. Click it to see all organizations you belong to β both ones you own and ones you have been invited to.
Organization Settings
Organization owners can rename the organization from the Organization page in the dashboard sidebar under the Settings group. Only owners have access to this setting β admins, members, and viewers cannot rename the organization.
