Analytics
The Analytics page provides real-time insights into your community’s activity and your userbots’ engagement across all monitored servers.
Overview Metrics
Four summary cards at the top of the page show key metrics for the selected time period:

| Total Messages | Number of messages sent across monitored servers during the period |
| Unique Authors | Number of distinct members who posted messages |
| Average Sentiment | AI-analyzed sentiment score from -1 (negative) to +1 (positive) |
| Active Servers | Number of servers currently being monitored |
Each metric displays a week-over-week percentage change to show trends — green for improvement, red for decline, and gray for no change.
Charts and Visualizations
Sentiment Trend
A bar chart showing daily sentiment scores over time. Bars extend upward (green) for positive sentiment and downward (red) for negative sentiment, centered on a zero line. Hover over any bar to see the exact sentiment score and message count for that day.
Activity Chart
A stacked bar chart showing daily message volume and unique author counts. This helps identify high-activity days and correlate message volume with community participation.
Hourly Heatmap
A 24-hour grid showing activity intensity throughout the day. Darker cells indicate higher activity. The peak hour is highlighted in the header. Use this to optimize your schedule active windows — align your bot engagement with when your community is most active.
Top Topics
A ranked list of the most discussed conversation topics, showing usage count and sentiment for each. Use this to understand which topics drive the most engagement and which produce positive or negative sentiment.
Time Range Filtering
Use the time range selector at the top right to view analytics for different periods:
- 7 days — Last week of activity
- 14 days — Last two weeks
- 30 days — Last month
All charts and metrics update to reflect the selected time range.
Server Filtering
Filter analytics by a specific server using the server dropdown. Select All Servers to view aggregate metrics across all monitored communities, or choose a specific server to focus on its data.
Analytics data begins populating after you connect the monitoring bot to a server. Historical data from before the connection is not imported.
Generating Reports
Click Generate Report from the analytics page to create a point-in-time snapshot of your analytics data. Reports are saved and can be reviewed later. See Reports for details.
