Subscription Management

Manage your Community Swarm subscription from the Billing section of the dashboard. View your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, and handle cancellations.

Viewing Your Current Subscription

The subscription overview in the Billing page displays:

  • Current plan — Your active plan tier
  • Platform access — Discord, Telegram, or both
  • Billing cycle — Monthly renewal date
  • Payment status — Active, pending, or expired
  • Next payment due — Date and amount
  • Usage stats — Current usage for profiles, servers, and messages relative to your plan limits

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade your plan (for example, from Single Platform to Dual Platform):

  1. Navigate to Billing in the dashboard.
  2. Click Upgrade Plan or select a higher-tier plan.
  3. Review the pricing difference and confirm.
  4. Complete the payment for the upgraded plan.
  5. Access to the additional platform is activated immediately upon payment confirmation.

Upgrade pricing and proration details are displayed during the upgrade flow before you confirm.

Downgrading Your Plan

To downgrade to a lower-tier plan:

  1. Navigate to Billing in the dashboard.
  2. Click Change Plan.
  3. Select which platform you want to keep (Discord or Telegram).
  4. Confirm the downgrade.

Downgrading disables access to the removed platform. Servers and profiles associated with that platform will be paused. Review your configuration before confirming.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Navigate to Billing in the dashboard.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • All userbots will stop engaging at the end of the billing period.
  • Monitoring data is retained for a limited period after cancellation.
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time by completing a new payment.

Cancellation does not issue a refund for the current billing period. Your access continues until the period ends.

Reactivation

If you previously cancelled, you can reactivate by:

  1. Logging into the dashboard.
  2. Navigating to Billing.
  3. Selecting a plan and completing payment.

Previous server configurations and profiles are preserved if you reactivate within the data retention window.
